Purpose of the Role: To provide comprehensive financial and market information to understand the current situation of the company, thereby maintaining and enhancing our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate financial reports/dashboards for decision-making and innovate in Executive Presentations for Committees and Boards of Directors.
- Conduct research on companies, markets, and economic environments.
- Manage special projects within Corporate Finance, including Mergers, Spin-offs, debt restructuring, and Sale/liquidation of companies.
- Perform analysis of budgets and financial projections.
- Engage with External and Internal Auditors.
- Analyze and interpret Financial Information on key financial indicators such as ROA, ROE, Leverage, Liquidity, EV/EBITDA, Profitability, working capital, costs, among others.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- 0 to 3 years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, databases, and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proven advanced English language skills.
